Job responsibilities
As a
Client DevelopmentIntern for Louis Vuitton, you will assist the company with tasks set by the Client Development Department, such as client events and in-store animations, client insights and treatment, and other administrative tasks.
Profile
- Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, clients, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
- Coordinates with the retail team and various vendors to establish needs for events or animations, and serves as the liaison to CD Manager throughout the planning process. Plans and facilitates F&;B, logistics, gifting, and hospitality for all events, including guest lists, site visits, venue preparation, presentation materials, security, catering, entertainment, transportation, equipment, decoration, and marketing materials
- Oversees client experiences from conception through post-event, managing on-site preparations, production, and event breakdown, ensuring consistent, high-level service throughout all phases
- Extracts data from different dashboards to support the needs of day-to-day business
- Identifies and remains fully informed on market trends
- Assists the Client Development Manager in preparing various weekly and monthly reports, as needed
- Respect Louis Vuitton Brand standards in terms of grooming and behavior
- Follows the company's policies and procedures
