I'm not looking for employees. I'm looking for people I can develop into future leaders. Spinwheel Sales trains international remote talent into B2B sales closers. This is the SDR to Account Executive Development Track, a performance based role where you are coached hands on, booking meetings with business owners for our sales team, and developed step by step toward Account Executive.

PAY (read this first): This is a performance based role with no base salary. Reps typically earn between $1,500 and $2,000 per month while they ramp. If you want guaranteed base pay, this is not the role for you.

WHO I'M LOOKING FOR: A resume tells me where you've been, not where you're going. I screen for three traits. Thick skin: you will hear no all day and you keep dialing. Student mentality: you want coaching and you put it to work the same day. Self awareness: you know your gaps and you say them out loud. Experience is a bonus, not a requirement, I will train you. You need professional level English.
