As a Client Development Associate – Public, you will drive business growth by building relationships with prospective clients and connecting them with FranklinCovey's public workshop solutions that address their learning and organizational development needs.
What You'll Do
- Identify and engage prospective clients through research, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Reach out to potential clients through phone calls and other communication channels to introduce FranklinCovey's public workshop offerings.
- Qualify leads by understanding client needs, business challenges, budget, and training timelines.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients through consistent follow-ups and meaningful engagement.
- Present FranklinCovey's learning solutions and demonstrate how they help organizations develop leaders, improve performance, and achieve lasting results.
- Guide clients through the enrollment process—from initial inquiry to confirmed workshop registration.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using Salesforce CRM.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to strengthen campaigns, messaging, and client engagement initiatives.
- Support the sales team in achieving departmental goals and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
