Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute day-to-day onboarding tasks for new firms on the Clients platform, including data entry, configuration updates, and workflow progression tracking within systems such as Airtable and internal tools.
- Maintain and update onboarding trackers to ensure all tasks, dependencies, and statuses are accurate, complete, and up to date; proactively manage workflows to ensure timely completion and resolution of blockers.
- Provide clear, detail-oriented status updates to internal stakeholders ensuring alignment on progress, timelines, and outstanding items.
- Execute platform configuration updates (e.g., permissions, fund access, workflows) in accordance with defined requirements, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all onboarded firms.
- Maintain clear, structured, and up-to-date documentation of onboarding processes, requirements, configurations, and deliverables to support consistency and scalability.
- Ensure all onboarding-related tasks, documentation, and deliverables are completed accurately and on time, contributing to the achievement of Client Delivery team OKRs.
Job Requirements and Credentials:
- Knowledge of alternative investments a plus
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite a plus
- Experience using task management and/or operational tracking tools
- Strong organizational, multitasking, problem solving, communication, and time management skills
- Highly organized self-starter with experience coordinating multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related discipline preferred
- 1+ years of relevant experience preferably within the hedge fund and/or private equity industry
