Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the Client Delivery process by executing operational tasks related to the onboarding of new firms to the Clients platform.
- Ensure alignment and maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders—including Product & Research, Sales, Client Service, Operations, Legal & Compliance, and Marketing—by providing timely onboarding status updates and setting accurate expectations.
- Contribute to the design, enhancement, and documentation of efficient onboarding processes; partner with the Technology team to identify and implement workflow automation opportunities.
- Develop, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure the effectiveness and timeliness of client onboarding efforts.
- Drive progress toward Client Delivery and broader Operations team objectives by contributing to team OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).
- Ensure the on-time delivery of all required reports and onboarding-related documentation.
- Take on additional responsibilities based on team capacity, individual strengths, and areas of interest, helping to support the evolving needs of the business..
Job Requirements and Credentials:
- Knowledge of alternative investments a plus
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, VBA, and Macros a plus
- Strong organizational, multitasking, problem solving, communication, and time management skills
- Highly organized self-starter with experience coordinating multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related discipline preferred
- 1+ years of relevant experience preferably within the hedge fund and/or private equity industry
