MaidProvider.ph is a DOLE-licensed household staffing company in Pasay City, setting the standard since 2009. We place trusted household professionals (kasambahay), nannies, caregivers, and family drivers with Filipino families.

Every candidate is cleared through our Security Double-Lock™: national background verification (PNP-NPCS across 18 regions + NBI biometric) and clinical psychological screening through Manila Doctors Hospital.

Role Description

The Client Care Manager owns the post-placement client experience — from handoff after acquisition through placement support, replacements, rescreening, and the full protection period that follows. You are the family's single point of accountability after handoff: responsive, organized, and calm under pressure.

What you'll own

  • Client relationships after acquisition handoff — every family kept informed, every concern tracked, every next step clear
  • Placements, replacements, and rescreening coordinated within service windows
  • The client record in our CRM — one source of truth, no duplicate entry
  • Early detection of post-placement issues; resolution before they escalate
  • The Six-Month Protection Standard™ honored in full

What you bring

  • Experience in client success, account management, customer care, or post-sale support; staffing or services experience is a plus
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Filipino
  • Strong systems discipline — comfortable owning a CRM as the system of record
  • College graduate preferred, or equivalent experience in client care, account management, staffing, or service operations
  • Calm, accountable, detail-driven, and relentless on follow-through
  • Full-time, on-site in Pasay
