Job Description

We are seeking detail-oriented and analytical accounting professionals to join our Client Accounting team. This role is responsible for supporting client accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, and year-end account preparation for pension fund clients while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CPA designation preferred
  • 4–6 years of relevant accounting experience

Required Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and take initiative
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in financial reporting and reconciliations
  • Strong Excel and accounting software proficiency
  • Experience with Xero is an advantage
  • Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends or discrepancies

Key Responsibilities

  • Input client account transactions into accounting systems
  • Perform reconciliations and process journal entries
  • Assist in preparing year-end accounts for pension fund clients
  • Produce quarterly, year-end, and client financial reports
  • Review and analyze account information to reconcile discrepancies
  • Support other accounting functions and company initiatives as required
  • Ensure work is completed accurately and within deadlines
