We are seeking detail-oriented and analytical accounting professionals to join our Client Accounting team. This role is responsible for supporting client accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, and year-end account preparation for pension fund clients while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA designation preferred
- 4–6 years of relevant accounting experience

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and take initiative
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in financial reporting and reconciliations
- Strong Excel and accounting software proficiency
- Experience with Xero is an advantage
- Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends or discrepancies
Key Responsibilities
- Input client account transactions into accounting systems
- Perform reconciliations and process journal entries
- Assist in preparing year-end accounts for pension fund clients
- Produce quarterly, year-end, and client financial reports
- Review and analyze account information to reconcile discrepancies
- Support other accounting functions and company initiatives as required
- Ensure work is completed accurately and within deadlines
