Client Account Manager — LTV ApproachFull-Time | Remote
About LTV ApproachLTV Approach is a CMO-led brand and performance partner supporting D2C and B2B consumer brands in intimate apparel, shapewear, beauty, wellness, and lifestyle. We help founders build clarity and sustainable growth by aligning brand, product, performance marketing, retention, and operations into one cohesive strategy.
Led by Fractional CMO Margo Andros, LTV Approach combines global brand development, omnichannel strategy, performance marketing, and retention architecture with disciplined financial planning. Our expertise spans fractional CMO leadership, brand elevation, performance marketing, retention and LTV strategy, and profitability-focused growth planning. We partner with founders and leadership teams looking for a strategic marketing ally beyond the traditional agency model.
We're a team that runs on clear systems, defined processes, and a strong internal culture — every team member is onboarded through our own structured training program (LTV Academy), grounded in our Mission, Vision, Core Values, Ethos, and Creed, so everyone starts with the same foundation and the same standards.
About the RoleThe Client Account Manager owns the day-to-day relationship with a portfolio of client brands. You'll coordinate across strategy, performance marketing, retention, and operations to make sure client initiatives move forward on time, on budget, and in line with growth objectives.
This is a role for someone who thrives on structure and follow-through — someone who can sit in a client check-in, walk out with clear next steps, and make sure every one of them actually gets done.
What You'll Do- Lead client check-ins and serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of accounts.
- Track deliverables, update project plans, and keep initiatives moving across internal and external teams.
- Translate strategic recommendations from the leadership team into clear, actionable next steps for clients and internal partners.
- Monitor campaign performance and retention metrics, and prepare concise status reports for clients and leadership.
- Flag risks and opportunities before they become problems, and help the team get ahead of them.
- Support the onboarding of new clients, including documentation of processes and account setup.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the client experience — refining templates, SOPs, and reporting as we go.
Tools & Systems You'll UseLTV Approach runs on a defined set of tools and internal systems, and you'll be trained on all of them as part of onboarding:
- ClickUp for task management, project tracking, and reporting dashboards.
- Slack for internal communication.
- Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Calendar) for documentation and scheduling.
- Clockify for time tracking.
- Our internal SOP library and reporting templates, which you'll use (and help improve) daily.
What Success Looks LikeYou'll know you're succeeding in this role when clients feel informed and confident, deliverables consistently land on time, reporting is clear and proactive rather than reactive, and leadership can count on you to flag issues early rather than after they've become fires.
Qualifications- Client relationship and account management skills, including stakeholder communication, expectation setting, and issue resolution.
- Project coordination and organizational skills, such as timeline management, task prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Comfort working within structured project management systems (e.g., ClickUp or similar); experience with ClickUp specifically is a plus.
- Marketing and ecommerce familiarity, ideally with performance marketing, retention/LTV strategy, and D2C or B2B brand environments.
- Analytical and reporting skills, including comfort interpreting marketing and financial metrics and presenting insights clearly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex strategies into actionable next steps.
- Self-directed work style suited to a remote environment, with reliability, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving.
- Experience partnering with founders or leadership teams and working in a fast-paced, growth-focused setting is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Why Join LTV Approach- A real onboarding process. You won't be left to figure things out on your own — every new hire completes structured HR and role-specific training through LTV Academy before diving into client work.

- Room to grow. As we build out our role-based training tracks, there's a clear path for you to deepen your skills and take on more scope over time.
- Direct exposure to strategy. You'll work closely with our Fractional CMO and leadership team, not just execute in isolation.
