Key Responsibilities
- Assist in CV formatting and review for project staff submissions.
- Format reports and project documents as per templates and guidelines.
- Maintain registers for incoming/outgoing documents.
- Provide clerical and encoding support for day-to-day office needs.
- Ensure consistency in document style, templates, and branding.
- Maintain and update document templates.
Key Requirements
- High school diploma or vocational course (college preferred).
- 1-2 years business development experience
- Good typing speed (4050 wpm).
- Proficiency in MS Word (styles, tables, headers/footers).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation.
- Ability to follow templates and instructions.
