CLEANING OPERATIONS MANAGER

We are seeking a highly responsible and hands-on Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee daily cleaning operations across multiple sites, including condominiums, commercial properties, and F&B establishments.

The ideal candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing manpower effectively while ensuring high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise cleaning operations across assigned sites
• Plan and deploy manpower, including scheduling and rostering
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure service quality
• Liaise with clients and handle feedback professionally
• Train and guide cleaning staff on proper procedures and safety standards
• Ensure compliance with NEA regulations and company SOPs
• Handle manpower shortages and arrange replacements when required
• Monitor inventory of cleaning equipment and consumables

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in cleaning or facilities management
• Strong leadership and manpower management skills
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Familiar with condominium / commercial cleaning operations preferred
  

• Special Requirement (Important)

  • Must be able to commit to working on Sundays and Public Holidays
  • Weekday off will be provided in lieu
