What Are Your Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Daily Cleaning: Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all rooms. Clean mirrors and windows, and take out the trash. Keep your cleaning tools organized.
- Restrooms: Scrub and disinfect toilets, sinks, and floors. Keep soap and paper towels stocked so everything stays fresh and clean.
- Deep Cleaning: Use special machines and chemicals for heavy-duty jobs like cleaning carpets, sofas, and mattresses as instructed.
- Gear Care: Take care of your equipment. If something breaks or you're running low on soap, tell your supervisor immediately.
- Service & Updates: Do a great job that meets Busy Bee's quality standards. Be polite to clients and give your boss regular status updates.
- Money Matters: Hand in any money collected from customers daily and keep accurate records of your spending.
What Are We Looking For
- At least a High School graduate or equivalent.
- Experience in cleaning/janitorial work is an advantage but not required (training will be provided).
- Has basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, disinfectants, and equipment usage.
- Is physically fit and be able to perform manual tasks.
- Has attention to detail.
- Can communicate well professionally especially to clients.
- Has work ethic and integrity.
