housekeeping and pantry server is a hybrid role, commonly found in corporate offices or smaller hospitality settings, responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in assigned areas while also providing food and beverage services and managing pantry supplies.
Housekeeping Responsibilities
- General Cleaning: Performing routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing various surfaces in offices, hallways, restrooms, and common areas.
- Inventory Management (Cleaning Supplies): Monitoring the stock of cleaning agents, supplies, and equipment, and reporting replenishment needs to management.
Pantry Server Responsibilities
- Food and Beverage Service: Preparing, arranging, and serving food and beverages, especially in pantry or dining areas, for staff and guests. In an office setting, this may include preparing coffee/tea, setting up for meetings, and clearing up afterwards.
- Pantry Cleanliness: Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the pantry, kitchen, and dining areas, including countertops, tables, and sinks.
- Utensil and Equipment Care: Washing and properly storing all kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery, glassware, and other pantry equipment.
- Inventory Management (Pantry Supplies): Checking and restocking pantry supplies such as snacks, drinks, and other consumables, and informing management when items are running low.
Qualifications
- At least High School Graduate or Vocational Course in Food & Beverage Services.
- Preferably female with experience as a Food Server, Pantry Attendant, or Catering Staff.
- Basic knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices and able to stand for long hours.
- Keep all work areas clean, sanitized, and well-organized.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Neat, organized, and customer-oriented.
- Accepting fresh graduates and willing to train.
- Willing to work in Makati City
