The associate provides support in other operational requirements of Claims such as reports and audit requirements.
- Ensures timely processing of Claims benefit pay-out by creating disbursements files, uploading on the system and assessing flags and taking appropriate actions.
- Provides list of the batches that were uploaded for reference of the checkers and approvers. Able to prepare requests immediately as needed.
- Process BAU related request (e.g: fallouts, reprocessing of rejected request, cancel and replacement, etc.)
- Manage suspense accounts and financial reserves aligned to the company's goal
- Revalidate system computation as required for those determined to have discrepancies and execute manual adjustment for those valid requests that were unsuccessfully posted by the system.
- Monitors the RPA and ensures that the password is updated and conduct troubleshooting if necessary
- Work closely with other teams including Life Operations, Treasury, and IT if in case there are system error or glitches.
- Provide reports of processed claims for SLA reporting
- Raises issue encounters in the system
- Assist in providing feedback for the request inquiry by the frontline/Treasury and within the team
- Logs system error in SEMT portal
- Assists in audit requirements by providing reports and evidences required by auditors
- Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor to meet operational and/or other requirements.
