Claims Supervisor to join our
NON-LIFE insurance team at Manila Bankers Life Insurance Corp in Makati City, Metro Manila. This full-time position is a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of claims for our valued customers.
What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee the processing of claims and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Investigate and resolve complex claims, providing guidance and support to the claims team
- Analyse claims data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless claims experience for customers
- Provide training and mentorship to the claims team to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, preparing reports as required
- Contribute to the development and implementation of claims-related initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a claims supervisor or management role within the insurance industry
- Strong understanding of insurance claims processes, regulations, and industry best practices
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
