Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of life insurance claims, from initial submission to resolution.
  • Review claim applications, verify documentation, and assess policy coverage.
  • Serve as the primary contact for policyholders, beneficiaries, and internal teams, providing clear updates and guidance.
  • Ensure claims are processed in accordance with legal, regulatory, and company requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of claim activities, decisions, and correspondence.
  • Determine claim validity and negotiate fair settlements when applicable.
  • Work closely with underwriting, legal, and finance teams to resolve complex cases.
  • Provide compassionate assistance to beneficiaries during sensitive situations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, insurance, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience in insurance claims, ideally within life insurance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance standards.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
