Job Description

Job Description:

  • Manage overall Return to shipper/seller process
  • Ensure that all RTS parcels are dispatched according to the given SOPand KPIs
  • Collaborate with the claims team to manage past-due items and ensure minimal claims on RTS
  • Work closely with the SOC Ops team, Middle Mile, and Fleet Management on the timely dispatch of of parcels
  • Participate in the development and implementationprocess strategies and tactical execution
  • Assess manpower needs and work will support team for proper allocation
  • Provide guidance to the RTS/Claims team, evaluate team's performance and provide necessary training to continuous growth

Requirements:

  • Must be a Bachelors degree graduate of Industrial/Management Engineering or any related field
  • With at least two 5-8 years of relevant experience in warehousing, e-commerce, logistics, or related fields
  • Must be keen on details and data management
  • Highly knowledgeable in RTS and Claims process
  • Knowledgeable in using process improvement tools
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office and Google Applications
  • With good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willing to be assigned in Calamba, Laguna
