What you'll do:
- Responsible for performing pre-evaluation to determine the compensability/liability of a claim
- Determines the sufficiency of the submitted documents includes validation on genuineness
- Communicates with the External Adjuster and Inspector to release the initial findings of the inspection conducted
- Assigns claim to the Adjuster or Inspector if needed while doing the Pre Evaluation
- Issues/ Recommends claim for denial for non-compensable claim
- Communicates with the Driver, Assured, Third-party, etc, to determine the circumstances of the Loss
What you need to have:
- Bachelor's degree holder of any 4-year business-related course
- Additional vocational course in Automotive is an advantage
- At least 3 years work-related experience in Casualty & Marine and Motor claims
- Prior work experience in a non-life insurance company as a Claims Officer is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office especially in MS Excel
- Effective Written and Verbal communication
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Background Knowledge about car related technicalities
- Background in insurance policies
