Claims Processing Analyst (Insurance / Health Benefits)

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Claims Processing Analyst to support our Health & Benefits team across Asia Pacific. This role focuses on claims tracking, data reconciliation, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and process insurance claims (medical/FSA)
• Reconcile data across insurers, vendors, and clients
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Respond to client queries via email
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Non-negotiable: 2+ years experience in insurance or claims processing
• Non-negotiable: Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data handling)
• Experience in data reconciliation
• Good written communication skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized

Nice to Have:

• Health & Benefits experience
• FSA claims exposure
