What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end customer credit claims, including lodgement, follow-ups, and resolution
- Investigate discrepancies and work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve billing and claims issues
- Support the team in handling high claim volumes and ensuring timely turnaround
- Perform basic reconciliations and reporting, including tracking aged credits and claim status
- Maintain accurate data within CRM systems and contribute to process improvements
Key Criteria
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Accounting, Finance, Logistics, or a related field, or relevant logistics/accounting/supply chain experience.
- Possesses a minimum of 4-7 years of working experience in the relevant field, preferably in the logistics or supply chain environment.
- Proven experience in claims handling (credit claims, billing disputes, or similar)
- Background in logistics, supply chain, finance, or accounting is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to ask questions and engage stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and manage priorities effectively
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot) and basic Excel skills are advantageous
Work setup
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6 am–3 pm local time) with a hybrid setup (3 days in the office and 2 days WFH) after a 6-month onsite probation.
