About the Role

Responsible for determining the validity and authorising settlement of insurance claims

Roles and Responsibilities:

. Assess and settle insurance claims arising from policies in force
. Make recommendations and guidelines to insurance claims
. Liaise with solicitors and other third parties during investigation and negotiation to seek guidance on the course of action that serves the best interest of AIA
. Process all insurance claims documents timely
. Answer inquires relating to claims processing
. May develop and deliver functional / technical training in claim related areas
