The Claims Delivery Manager will oversee the claims processing team, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of claims services. This role involves managing the claims process, improving operational efficiencies, and fostering a high-performance culture within the team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end claims delivery process ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate claims processing.
• Analyze claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the claims process.
• Provide training and support to the claims team to enhance their performance and efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize the claims delivery process and improve customer satisfaction.
• Prepare regular reports on claims performance and present findings to management.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Insurance, Business Administration, etc.).
• 12-15 years of experience in claims management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of insurance claims processes and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
