Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Claims Coordinator specializing in US Auto Property Insurance, located in Pasig. The Claims Coordinator will be responsible for managing and processing auto property insurance claims efficiently and accurately. Daily tasks will include analyzing claim details, coordinating with clients and relevant parties, and ensuring timely resolution of claims. The role demands effective communication and strong attention to detail to uphold service quality.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Claims Management, Claims Handling, and Insurance processes
  • Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating claim details and identifying resolutions
  • Excellent Communication skills for interacting with clients, stakeholders, and team members
  • Ability to work with accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in the insurance industry or claims management is an asset
  • High level of organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or any related field is preferred
