Responsibilities
- Analyzes, evaluates and recommends the payability or deniability of a claim covering an assigned insurance line;
- Claims registration and booking, claim file creation, documents scanning, and filing management of all claims;
- Ensures a system for the order, organization and maintenance of registration and filing of claims, claim files, claims reports, and ensure accessibility of the same to the team;
- Ensures an organized filing and documentation system to safekeep the files.
- Coordinates with the insured, insurance company representatives, adjusters, and motor shop representatives in the expeditious settlement of claims;
- Performs other duties as may be deemed necessary to support department's operation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Social Science, Communications or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years experience in non-life insurance claims processing.
- Able to establish rapport with clients and business partners.
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Willing to report onsite in Makati from 8:30AM to 5:00PM Monday to Friday
This role is an additional team member of Claims Department.
