Role Overview:
The Claims Manager is responsible for overseeing bond and Contractors All Risks Insurance (CARI) claims from initiation through to completion, ensuring efficient and effective claims management throughout the process.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of eight (5) years of experience in general insurance claims, with specific expertise in bond and Contractors All Risks Insurance (CARI) claims within the construction or real estate industries.
- Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in engineering or architecture.
- Advanced knowledge of bond and CARI clauses and claims handling procedures.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in planning, prioritizing, and managing timelines efficiently.
- Proven leadership skills with at least three (3) years of experience managing a team
