Onsite Location: Dubai, UAE.
As a Civil Inspector, you will oversee and inspect high-rise tower and residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with proven experience working in a consultant firm environment and ensure all construction activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of high-rise towers and residential construction sites to verify compliance with engineering drawings, project specifications, and industry standards.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality control procedures.
- Collaborate closely with consultants, contractors, and site engineers to address any technical issues or discrepancies.
- Review and verify construction materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Document inspection findings and prepare detailed reports for project stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Overall 10+ years of experience in which minimum 3+ years experience working with the consultant firms
- Proven experience as a Civil Inspector in high-rise tower and residential construction projects.
- Previous experience working with a consultant firm is essential.
