Duties And Responsibilities

• Prepare the necessary plans and documents for the Engineers review and signature.
• Assist in organizing, filing, and maintaining department records and documents.
• Help with inventory monitoring and tracking of products and materials.
• Attend site inspections or ocular visits when required.
• Participate in onsite fieldwork to gain hands-on knowledge of United Neon's products, installation requirements, and actual site conditions.
• Assist in understanding and documenting product designs, measurements, and specifications based on actual site conditions.
• Assist in preparing and drafting blueprints, technical drawings, and other design-related documents for projects.
• Perform other tasks related to project implementation as needed.
  
  

Educational Background And Key Competencies Needed

• Must be currently taking a Civil Engineering course.
• Basic knowledge of technical drawing, blueprint reading, and drafting is an advantage.
• Willing to participate in onsite fieldwork, site inspections, and ocular visits.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn about outdoor advertising products, design, and project implementation.
