Preferably a Master's Degree holder in Civil Engineering
Must be a Registered Civil Engineer
With at least 3 years of academic involvement and actual industry practice in structural design, construction management, geotechnical, water resources, or transportation engineering
Has good communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in using relevant engineering software/CAD tools
Holder of relevant training certifications related to the field
Active membership in professional organizations
Demonstrates commitment to teaching, research, and community extension
