Confirms adherence to construction specifications and safety standards by monitoring project progress; inspecting construction site; verifying calculations and placements.

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage but not required
Have a technical experience of at least 5 years (proven record in leading project and managing a team of building / site / construction ) and property management and process
Have a good communication skills and strict with high compliance quotient and good team player.
Be willing to work in any locations and adjustable time if needed on rush projects.
