Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Professional License: Must be a licensed Civil Engineer.
- Work Experience: Preferably with 12 years of experience in construction project management, coordination, or design implementation. Experience working with multidisciplinary teams is an advantage.
- Skills & Knowledge: Strong knowledge in project planning, design, and project management.
- Location Requirement: Must be willing to work full-time on-site at Pasig City.
Job Summary:
The Civil Engineer is responsible for supporting the ArchEn Site Development Group in the planning, coordination, and monitoring of assigned projects. The role ensures that all project activities are executed efficiently, within schedule, and in compliance with established standards and design requirements. This position involves close coordination with different groups/stakeholders and other ArchEn Technical Service Groups to ensure the timely and quality delivery of project objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Design Support
- Assist in preparing and reviewing design drawings, specifications, and construction documents using engineering software like AutoCAD or Civil 3D.
2. Site Inspections and Monitoring
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, ensure work aligns with design specifications, and verify safety and quality standards are being met.
3. Cost and Schedule Management Assistance
- Help prepare cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment, and assist in developing and monitoring project schedules and budgets under the guidance of senior staff.
4. Collaboration and Communication
- Act as a liaison between different teams, including architects, contractors, subcontractors, and clients, to coordinate tasks and resolve basic on-site problems.
5. Team Coordinator
- Handling administrative tasks like maintaining documentation, filing, creating reports, and responding to inquiries.
