- Flag items requiring ownership input and help move open design issues, RFIs, and decisions through to closure.
- Prepare clean, consistent drawing packages for ownership review and handoff to the general contractor for bidding and construction.
- Attend virtual design coordination meetings, take notes, and translate outcomes into drawing updates.
- Interface directly with ownership to confirm design intent and obtain sign-offs at key milestones.
- Support the bid process by ensuring documentation is complete, clear, and ready for contractor review.
- Assist with submittal review and design clarifications during construction.
Who You'll Work With:
Be an integral part of an owner-side project team working closely with ownership, designers, architects, engineering consultants, and contractors to keep multiple development projects coordinated, organized, and moving forward.
