Responsible for on-site execution and delivery of warehouse projects, ensuring construction is completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with engineering and operational requirements.
Oversee daily construction activities and monitor progress against timeline
Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with specifications
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams
Identify and resolve site issues to minimize delays and rework
Ensure alignment between construction and operational requirements (e.g., truck flow, dock usability, utilities)
Track milestones and provide regular progress and risk updates
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's is a plus).
Minimum 4 years of experience in construction or site engineering
Strong knowledge of site development, drainage, roads, and utilities
Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively on-site
