DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Undertakecivil engineering designand related technical work.
- Prepare professionalreports and documentationfor internal and client use.
- Research and apply relevantregulatory policies, guidelines, and standardsto ensure compliance.
- Conductcivil modelling, includingcivil works associated with buildings, road and intersection design, stormwater modelling, ground surface and earthworks modelling.
- Interpret modelling results and provide clear, actionable insights.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge ofcivil engineering guidelines, standards, and codes of practice.
- Collaborate effectively with project teams to achieveoptimal project outcomes.
- Apply innovative thinking and problem-solving to enhance design efficiency and quality.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 25 years of experience in civil engineering design and modelling.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and 12d/AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Experience with Drains and MUSIC for stormwater design.
- Familiarity with TUFLOW/HEC RAS 2D is desirable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
