Overview
Position Summary:
Our Early Career Structural Engineer will have an opportunity to work on multiple telecom jobs. This is a great opportunity for CELE Certified recent college grad from a university recognized by Commission on Higher Education to develop more industry skills and learn exciting technologies while multi-tasking on several projects. Individuals will document job information and assist in applying learned knowledge of analyzing, designing and modifying structural projects. The position is based out of our Robinsons Place Bacolod office location.
This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects. The Early Career Structural Engineer will have proficiency in utilizing 3D Modeling (e.g., SAP2000, Risa 3D, STAAD) and AutoCAD software. Completion of steel and reinforced concrete design courses as well as knowledge of bolted and welded connection design required.

What You Will Need
- Minimum Bachler's degree in Civil Engineering from a university (3.0 GPA minimum) recognized by Commission on Higher Education
- Completion of courses in steel design and reinforced concrete design; experience in designing steel and concrete structures is beneficial.
- Motivated and detail oriented
- CELE Certified
- Proficiency in utilizing 3D Modeling software for structural analysis, with a preference for familiarity with RISA 3D software (or equivalent).
- Familiarity with AutoCAD (or equivalent) drafting software
- Ability to comprehend spatial relationships to troubleshoot potential interference issues.
- Understanding of structural load paths.
- Knowledgeable in bolted and welded connection design.
- Familiarity or experience with steel shop fabrication processes and/or knowledge of fabrication shop tools and capabilities is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Suite products such as Microsoft Windows, MS Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
