Civil Drafter

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Drafter to join our team who will be delivering high-quality site civil documentation across a diverse portfolio of major building structures.

Job Requirements

• Experience Level: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Civil Drafter.
• ANZ Standard/Experience (Mandatory): Proven track record working within the Australia/New Zealand market, with strict adherence to Australian Standards (AS) and local council guidelines.
• Specific Building Project Experience: Demonstrated civil drafting background on large-scale building developments, specifically:
• High-rise and mixed-use buildings (commercial and residential)
• Hospitals and healthcare facilities
• Data centers
• Educational/institutional buildings
• Technical Skillset: Strong proficiency in standard industry drafting and civil modeling software.
• Communication: Good communication skills to coordinate effectively across multidisciplinary project teams.
