Collaborate with the Marketing Department on civil engineering aspects of technical proposals for bids and provide rationalization suggestions.
Handle routine civil design work for the Technical R&D Department.
Conduct project feasibility studies, preliminary design, detailed design, construction drawings, and project management as per the companys design tasks.
Participate in discussions of major project schemes or critical technical issues.
Regularly visit project sites for technical clarification and support.
Regularly communicate and report to the headquarters Technical R&D Department, and participate in technical clarification meetings.
Familiar with Philippine standards and American codes.
Proficient in using office software (Office suite).
Fluent in English (speaking, writing, and listening), with industrial English experience preferred.
Familiarity with SAP2000 software is an advantage.
Civil Engineering or related major; knowledge of cement production lines, cement technical renovation projects, steel structure factories, industrial buildings, etc., with more than three years of related experience.
Experience in cement plants, cement transit stations, and port industries is preferred.
Responsible, meticulous, and detail-oriented, with strong teamwork and learning abilities.
