Duties and Responsibilities:
- Draft and design detailed technical drawings for civil engineering projects using CAD software.
- Collaborate with civil engineers, architects, and other professionals to gather requirements and integrate design specifications.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including drawing revisions, specifications, and reports.
- Review designs for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project standards and regulations.
- Conduct site visits to gather data and ensure designs comply with local regulations and site conditions.
- Update and modify existing drawings based on feedback from engineers or project managers.
- Provide technical support during the construction phase of projects. Be a great multi-tasker and a team player.
- Be organized and able to manage your own workload.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree, Civil Engineer or equivalent
- Proficiency in CAD software (such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Good understanding of civil engineering principles and standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Preferably with actual exposure with Australian projects, offshore.
- Can work office-based
