Job Description

  • Lead, manage, and support field teams and coordinators
  • Coordinate with LGUs, government agencies, and key stakeholders
  • Monitor performance targets (KPIs) and ensure operational goals are met
  • Manage budgets, resources, and ensure proper utilization of funds
  • Resolve operational issues and handle escalations in a timely manner
  • Ensure accurate reporting, documentation, and compliance with policies and regulations
  • Support planning and execution of city-level programs and initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry
  • Strong background in operations management, strategic planning and execution,
  • Excellent team leadership, stakeholder coordination, reporting, budgeting, and KPI
  • Tracking and performance monitoring. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google
  • Workspace. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
