Job Description

Company Description Francisco Motors LLC is recognized as the largest Jeepney manufacturer in the world, with a heritage dating back to 1947. The company has played a key role in shaping public transportation in the Philippines through durable, locally built vehicles. Team members join a pioneering organization that blends long-standing craftsmanship with future-focused technology.

Role Description The City Head for Bohol is a part-time, on-site role based in Bohol and is responsible for overseeing Francisco Motors operations, market presence, and growth in the Bohol area. This role leads local business development initiatives, including identifying new partners, managing key accounts, and driving adoption of electric Jeepneys with fleet operators, government units, and other stakeholders. The City Head oversees day-to-day operations such as coordinating sales activities, monitoring service and after-sales support, and ensuring efficient logistics and deployment of vehicles. This position manages and mentors a small local team, sets performance targets, and tracks city-level KPIs to align with company goals. The role also involves close collaboration with central departments (e.g., operations, finance, marketing, and product) to relay market feedback, support local campaigns, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
