Role Description

The City Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating local cancer awareness campaigns, managing community programs, and ensuring the successful delivery of organizational objectives in Quezon City. The role involves engaging with stakeholders, supervising operations, and monitoring the effectiveness of various initiatives. The City Manager will also work on maintaining relationships with local partners, reporting on project progress and performance, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards and protocols. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Quezon City.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
• Experience in community engagement, program management, and stakeholder relations
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in public speaking and report writing
• Knowledge of cancer-related healthcare issues and advocacy is highly preferred
• Proficiency in project planning and implementation
• Ability to analyze data, conduct evaluations, and prepare detailed reports

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Management, Social Work, or a related field
