Straive is seeking a Cisco Network Engineer to join our growing team. This role is essential in ensuring the stability, performance, and security of our enterprise network and collaboration systems. You'll be working with Cisco technologies to deliver reliable connectivity and communication solutions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Cisco routers, switches, and Unified Communications Manager (CUCM).
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues under tight deadlines.
- Optimize and monitor voice and collaboration systems for responsiveness and performance.
- Support network security initiatives including firewall enforcement, VPN management, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and system reliability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco networking equipment and collaboration tools.
- Certifications: CCNA, CCNA Voice, or Collaboration (strong advantage).
- Strong troubleshooting skills with minimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and adaptability in dynamic environments.
