The Qualifications We Seek

  • At least 1 year of experience in Business Administration or a related field, or at least 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret moderately complex data and translate insights into action
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with analytics tools such as Power BI is an advantage
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Critical thinking and proactive problem-solving abilities
  • A collaborative team player who contributes to shared business goals

Your Daily Tasks

Circulation & Returns Management

  • Check, correct, and load returns batches, including the preparation of associated reports.
  • Assist with daily publishing processes as required.

Route & Account Administration

  • Set up and maintain delivery routes within the NewsCycle fulfillment system.
  • Coordinate with Logistics teams to manage route sequencing.
  • Create and maintain retailer and distributor accounts.

Billing & Operational Support

  • Identify and resolve customer billing issues.
  • Process miscellaneous business-approved transactions.
  • Update routing information to manage unroutable subscriptions.

Communications & System Administration

  • Create and distribute trade communications using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Maintain and update email distribution lists.
  • Process Salesforce tasks assigned to the National Circulation Operations team.
