Primary Responsibilities:
- Process ticket sales, discounts, and payments accurately, ensuring proper handling of cash and related documents.
- Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming guests, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns promptly.
- Maintain accuracy in ticket pricing, adhere to cashiering procedures, and remain vigilant against fraudulent transactions.
- Promote and upsell food items and merchandise to enhance both sales and the overall customer experience.
- Engage in continuous learning and development to improve skills, productivity, and support career growth.
- Assist guests with ticket purchases, issue receipts, and provide information on movie schedules, seating, and promotions.
- Keep the cashier station clean and organized while following all cash-handling and company policies.
Qualifications
- Senior High school graduate or College level.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic math and cash-handling ability.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous cashier or retail experience is an advantage.
