Job Title: CIB .Net Fullstack Developer-AVP

Role & Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include:

Designed, developed, and tested business applications using .NET, ASP.NET MVC, Angular, MS Access, and SQL Server.
Leveraged and enhanced reusable functional components from existing .NET applications to improve development efficiency and maintain consistency.
Analysed business and user requirements, translating them into effective technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
Prepared and maintained technical documentation, including requirement specifications, system design documents, technical specifications, and user guides.
Developed test plans and test cases, coordinated User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and collaborated with business users to ensure solution quality.
Followed established departmental development standards, coding guidelines, and software development procedures.
Provided technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for application-related incidents and user queries.
Collaborated with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to maintain effective working relationships and ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

Overall Experience: 10+ years of experience across the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
2. Banking & Financial Domain: Experience working with financial institutions or banks, with strong knowledge of Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) processes and systems across multiple regions.
3. Development Methodologies: Hands-on experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Extreme Programming (XP).
4. .NET Technologies: Strong expertise in C#, VB.NET, .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API development.
5. Frontend Technologies: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Angular for developing responsive and scalable applications.
6. Backend Development: Experience in REST API development, Entity Framework, LINQ, NHibernate, multithreading, and asynchronous programming using async/await.
7. Database Management: Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and MS Access, including database design, queries, and optimization.
8. Software Quality & Delivery: Expertise in Test-Driven Development (TDD), unit testing, continuous integration, continuous build, code reviews, refactoring, and maintaining high-quality coding standards.
9. CIB Business & Asset Management: Understanding of Corporate & Investment Banking processes, asset management, asset monitoring, stakeholder requirements, business analysis, and delivering business-value-driven solutions.
10. AI-Assisted Development & Additional Skills: Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot and AI coding assistants for code generation, refactoring, unit test creation, documentation, and code reviews, including governance in regulated banking environments. Knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps is desirable. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
