About the Role:
The CIAM Manager will be responsible for leading CIAM strategy, architecture, and delivery using Forgerock platform, ensuring secure , scalable and seamless customer identity experiences aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
How you'll contribute:
- Define and implement the organization's CIAM strategy and roadmap
- Collaborate with business, security, and compliance stakeholders
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to CIAM team
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance CIAM solutions
- Define customer identity journeys including registration, login, MFA, and consent management
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards
- Lead end-to-end implementation of ForgeRock CIAM solutions
- Oversee integration with web/mobile applications, APIs, CRM, and third-party systems
- Ensure best practices in development, configuration, and deployment
What we're looking for:
- 10–15+ years of experience in IAM/CIAM domain
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with ForgeRock platform
- Proven experience in large-scale CIAM implementations (millions of users)
- Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong exposure to migration and transformation programs
