JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for providing accurate and timely credit appraisal and investigation services so that the proper credit risk analysis decisions can be made.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Coordinates with requesting party and client regarding appraisal of properties.
- Inspects and appraises value of properties offered as security by borrowers. Prepares appraisal report.
- Consults realtors/ brokers/ appraisers on current market prices of the properties for appraisal.
- Conducts the following verification on properties: a. Location verification at Land Regulation Authority, Bureau of Lands, and Tax Mapping Section; and b. Technical description verification with the Bureau of Lands, Department of Public Works and Highway and Assessor's Office, etc.
- Updates database by conducting price research on real estate, machinery and equipment, shares of stock, building rental rates and other related matters: Background checking; Address verification; Skip tracing;
- Investigates the credit standing of applicants for credit accommodation by gathering information from financial institution, investment houses, government agencies, etc.
- Prepares the credit investigation reports.
- Ensures proper upkeep of work are and equipment assigned to him / her.
- Ensures confidentiality of information from credit investigation conducted.
- Ensures accuracy, completeness and timeless of reports.
- Ensures veracity of information of clients and loan applicants.
- Ensures appropriate use of cash advances and liquidation of cash advances.
- Performs other tasks that may be required/ assigned from time to time.
- Conforms to Bank policies, rules and regulations.
