Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chinese Translator role based in Eastwood. The Chinese Translator will translate written and verbal materials between Chinese and English, including product documentation, marketing content, user communications, and internal documents. The role involves ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency of terminology across all translated materials, and adapting content to be culturally appropriate for target audiences. The translator will collaborate with product, marketing, customer support, and operations teams to support cross-border projects and daily communication. Responsibilities also include reviewing and editing translated content, maintaining glossaries, and supporting meetings or calls that require live or consecutive interpretation.

• Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken); knowledge of simplified and traditional characters is an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in English and Filipino.
• Prior experience in translation or bilingual support; exposure to financial or collections processes is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential information responsibly.
