The Chinese Restaurant Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the food and beverage service operations of Jasmine Restaurant to ensure a high standard of guest satisfaction while operating within established budgets and goals.
The candidate should be local and have at least two years of work experience in a similar capacity. An ideal candidate will possess thorough knowledge of Chinese restaurant operations, deliver exemplary customer service to guests and patrons, ensure proper administration within the restaurant, and achieve the financial objectives set for the outlet.
The Chinese Restaurant Manager is expected to maintain strong professional relationships with representatives from competitor hotels and other organizations, demonstrate proficiency in the Opera System, and perform effectively under pressure. The role also requires excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
