CHIEF TECHNICAL EDUCATION AND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

15%-Directs, supervises and coordinates the operations, projects, and
activities of the Regional Training Center
15 %- Establishes and implements quality management system
10%-Implements center-based training programs and other technology-
based community programs
10%-Implements trainers development program
10%-Recommends to the Regional Director systems and procedures to
ensure efficient and effective policy program implementation
10%-Establishes and sustains network linkages with TVET
stakeholders and partners in the province
10%-Undertakes research and development activities relative to the
Center's goals
10%-Monitors and evaluates program implementation of the Center,
and
10%-Performs other related functions.
