CHIEF TECHNICAL EDUCATION AND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

20%-Manages the establishment and implementation of effective and efficient institutional arrangements with partners and stakeholders to provide direct participation in the various functions of the Authority and access to TVET Programs and services.
15%-Supervises the monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of institutional arrangements with stakeholders.
10%-Reviews and finalizes the design and development of incentive schemes/programs to encourage active participation of industry groups, employers, academe, related to TVET.
10%-Reviews partnership agreements and similar undertakings and provides recommendations accordingly.
10%-Oversees the formulation, review and improvement of policies relevant to partnership arrangements.
20%-Establishes and maintains linkages with industry groups and other stakeholders related to TVET.
5%-Ensures active multi-sectoral participation of all concerned public and private agencies on TVET.
10%-Provides technical services and staff advice on TVET to Vocational Technical Institutions, industries, workers organizations, LGUs, NGOs, and other stakeholders by rendering advice and providing relevant information as requested.
