Role Description The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) is a temporary, on-site leadership role based in Makati City, responsible for overseeing all revenue-generating functions of BPO International, Inc. The CRO will lead sales, account management, and lead generation teams, setting clear targets and monitoring performance to ensure sustained revenue growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing the company's revenue strategy, identifying new market opportunities, and building strong relationships with key clients and partners. The role will collaborate closely with executive leadership and operations to align pricing, service offerings, and go-to-market plans with business objectives. The CRO will also refine sales processes, manage sales operations, and use data-driven insights to optimize pipeline management, forecasting, and profitability.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales and Lead Generation, including building and managing pipelines and closing complex B2B deals.
  • Strong background in Account Management, with the ability to nurture long-term client relationships and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Background in an outsourcing company for HR and Accounting services is a plus
  • Demonstrated expertise in Strategic Planning and Sales Operations, including forecasting, performance metrics, and process optimization.
  • Extensive leadership experience in revenue-focused roles, ideally as CRO, Head of Sales, or equivalent in BPO, professional services, or related industries.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, client needs, and competitive dynamics to inform revenue strategies and commercial decisions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with comfort presenting to executive and client leadership teams.
  • Track record of building, mentoring, and motivating high-performing commercial teams in a fast-evolving environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
